EKG Tele Monitor Tech -
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Orientation Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs
• Weekend coverage: 3 out of 6 weekends and holiday rotation
• Float Requirements: NA
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: Certified Tele Tech preferred, AHA or ARC BLS required ,**Must be able to pass EKG test prior to starting within 3 days of an accepted offer**
• Minimum Experience: Must be able to read tele. Current inpatient acute hospital experience 1 year REQUIRED , 1 travel contract highly preferred. Central monitoring experience for remote locations is REQUIRED.
• Charting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED
• Unit Information): Centralized Tele Monitoring , Onsite + Offsite facility monitoring ( 4 sites total ) average 40 Patients per shift
• Watches and interprets cardiac telemetry with GE CareScapes and communicates pertinent information regarding patients based on observation and data collection to the Registered Nurse.
