\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on 34-bed medical surgical and stroke/neuro designated unit (max capacity 43 patients)
\n• Patient ratio of 5:1
\n• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 3 techs, and 1 unit secretary at max capacity
\n• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 1 tech, and 1 unit secretary at max capacity
\n• Work with remote telemetry equipment and Meditech EMR system
\n• Required certification: BLS
\n• Preferred certifications: NIH Stroke certification and ACLS
\n• Perform typical medical surgical procedures on stroke and neuro designated unit
\n• Navy scrubs required for dress code
\n• Must demonstrate upbeat, engaged, and compassionate personality
\n• Work in unit recognized for multiple Daisy awards, stroke certification, and 850+ days CAUTI free
