A leading Florida-based restoration contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on concrete restoration and waterproofing projects throughout the Tampa region.

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of structural repairs, façade restoration, waterproofing systems, balcony rehab, and sealant replacement — often in occupied, multi-story buildings. Success in this role requires strong coordination, field leadership, and a practical understanding of exterior access systems and restoration methods.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers to drive productivity, uphold standards, and ensure field teams deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily field operations for structural repair, concrete restoration, and waterproofing projects
• Supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
• Manage site logistics including access equipment (swing stages, scaffolding), material staging, and tenant coordination
• Conduct daily safety briefings, enforce site protocols, and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Monitor production rates and provide field-level feedback on schedule and labor needs
• Coordinate inspections, track progress, and maintain accurate field documentation
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for property managers, consultants, and third-party inspectors

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in construction, with concrete restoration and waterproofing as a core trade
• Strong working knowledge of repair methods, coatings, sealants, waterproofing membranes, and access systems
• Proven ability to lead crews in occupied environments with minimal disruption to tenants and building operations
• Solid understanding of jobsite safety protocols, staging, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and repair specifications
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable management style
