Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our automation systems integration team. This role focuses on delivering advanced automation solutions for a leading pharmaceutical client. The successful candidate will play a key role in automating critical processes while ensuring compliance with the stringent regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Solution Design and Development

• Lead the development of automation workflows using UiPath Studio and other UiPath ecosystem tools (e.g., Orchestrator, Insights).
• Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Design scalable and robust RPA solutions tailored to client needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure automation solutions comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 , GxP standards, and EU Annex 11.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and operational manuals.

Testing, Deployment, and Support

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for automated processes.
• Deploy and configure automated workflows in production environments using UiPath Orchestrator .
• Provide post-deployment support, monitor bot performance, and resolve technical issues.

Optimization and Innovation

• Continuously optimize automation workflows to enhance performance and address changing business needs.
• Explore and implement advanced UiPath features like AI Fabric, Document Understanding, and Action Center for enhanced capabilities.

Mentorship and Team Leadership

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Share knowledge of UiPath tools and industry-specific automation trends within the team as growth continues.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath .
• 2+ years of experience working in or developing solutions for highly regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in large-scale projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio , Orchestrator , and related UiPath modules.
• Strong skills in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python , or JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
• Experience with OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY FlexiCapture), APIs , and document processing technologies.
• Experience integrating applications including ERP through automated workflow using UIpath modules.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools like MES,SAP, TrackWise, and LabWare is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
