We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Skyblux. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting different implementation projects by defining functional and technical requirements, designing processes, and developing and configuring solutions. You will lead teams in the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and work directly with clients to determine their business needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud projects for our clients, from requirement gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet clients' business needs and requirements
• Define and document functional and technical requirements, business processes, and data models to support solution design and development
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using standard and custom objects, flows, validations,, and other declarative tools.
• Implement advanced functionalities of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, such as lead and opportunity management, case and contact management, email marketing, and campaign management
• Perform data migration and integration tasks using Salesforce Data Loader, API, and third-party integration tools
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, test cases, user manuals, and release notes
• Provide training and support to clients' end-users and administrators on Salesforce best practices, features, and functionalities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, products, and trends, and apply them to improve our clients' Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• College degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related career
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator.Preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Implementations.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
