POSITION

Salesforce Admin

LOCATION

Remote (quarterly travel to Tampa, FL)

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) .
  2. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing service contracts, generating maintenance plans, and ensuring financial accuracy across work orders.
  3. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce objects, pricing structures, and service workflows.
  4. Ensures financial accuracy by reviewing pricing and billing details.
  5. Transitions billing responsibilities from traditional roles (like billing specialists) to a more strategic contract admin team.
  6. Leverages Salesforce FSM and NetSuite integration to improve operational efficiency.
  7. Develops leadership and builds a team with strong Salesforce FSM knowledge.
