We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Revenue Operations Manager to lead and execute critical initiatives that directly impact revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects that span data, processes, and operational strategies, ensuring our revenue-generating teams are supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys tackling diverse challenges, and has a passion for building scalable solutions. Working closely with the VP of Revenue Operations, you’ll prioritize high-impact initiatives and drive measurable results that propel our organization forward.
You’re a self-starter who excels at understanding complex business environments and translating that knowledge into actionable plans. You have a knack for uncovering opportunities, solving problems, and managing cross-functional projects. You’re skilled at building trust with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on priorities. You enjoy variety and are energized by the chance to make an immediate impact within the business.

Bonus Points:
The salary range offered for this role is $90,000.00-$95,000.00 plus variable. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
