- Create promotional materials
- Keep up with travel industry changes
- Monitor travel restrictions
- Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and more
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Manage research and client communication efficiently
- Address booking or travel issues
- Maintain updated client records

- Participate in FAM trips
