Foley Mansfield is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote accounting team. If you are interested in growing as an accounts payable professional and working with a great team, we want to hear from you. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and is fully remote.

The essential functions of this position include:

• Enter vendor invoices and/or review for accuracy
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Communicate with attorneys and staff in offices nationwide through multiple mediums
• Back up to accounts payable team members
• Accounts payable projects and reconciliation

Qualifications • Motivated, accountable self-starter • Curiosity • Experience with Microsoft Office • Strong work ethic and team player • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and information • Strong communication skills • Accounting coursework or related experience preferred. Eligible candidates must reside in Minnesota.
