John Bertke - State Farm Agency, located in Piqua, OH, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. This is an in-office position in our agency located in Piqua, OH.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage incoming calls.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Provide excellent customer service with each and every interaction.
  

You will receive:

• $17/HR plus bonus
