Role Overview

This position involves hands-on coordination across property management, leasing, and tenant communications. You’ll manage listings, handle maintenance requests, track payments, and ensure every property under management runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Marketing

• Manage and update all property listings across multiple platforms.
• Capture and organize property photos and videos.
• Write clear, appealing descriptions for listings.
• Schedule and confirm showings with prospective tenants.
• Distribute rental applications and monitor responses.

Social Media & Outreach

• Post and promote available units regularly.
• Share property walk-throughs, updates, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Lead Management & Communication

• Respond to inquiries and calls promptly (ideally within the hour).
• Follow up with all leads within 24 hours (in English and Spanish).
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups using internal systems.

Property Management Operations

• Maintain an updated roster of all units, including occupied, vacant, and turnover status.
• Collect rent, track payments, and address any delinquencies.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests from start to completion.
• Conduct detailed move-in and move-out inspections with supporting documentation and photos.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in property management or real estate support.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM or property management tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in person.
