Job Description

We are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support Walmart GoLocal and related Delivery teams. This role will work closely with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate strategic deals, craft contracts for new lines of business, and design risk mitigation strategies for new programs.

What you’ll do :

• Provide strategic advice and counsel to Walmart GoLocal and Delivery business teams.
• Structure, draft, review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Collaborate proactively with business, compliance, and legal stakeholders to advise on the design and execution of new lines of business.
• Monitor relevant industry emerging trends.

What you’ll bring :

• Extensive experience structuring and negotiating a variety of contract types.
• Familiarity with the legal landscape in transportation, last mile, or delivery-as-a-service .
• Demonstrated ability to move projects forward proactively by gaining alignment and support from stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
