Job Title: Scientist 1

Reports To: Supervisor

Position Location: Lenexa Kansas

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 - 9hr M-TR, 1 - 4hr shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and support research experiments strictly adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze data and determine outcomes with flawless precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class research results.
• Maintain accurate records of research findings and laboratory activities.
• Successfully implement new research methodologies and innovations.
• Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
• Share research findings with internal collaborators and at scientific conferences.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field required.
• Proven experience in a research laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to effectively communicate research results.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and a great teammate.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
