Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams while supporting the Project Management team with coordination of activities, resources, and information. The Project Coordinator is expected to provide support to project management and complete project deliverables effectively and on time. This position requires strong time management and analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to perform project oversight and make value-added conclusions.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitating communication and coordination
· Managing schedules and project milestones
· Supporting the accounts team
· Assisting with project administration and billing
· Completing additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications
· Educational background in communications, events, or audio-visual production is preferred although not required
· Entry-level position—related experience is advantageous
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, time management and meticulous attention to detail
