Job Description
We’re looking for a Program Manager, Strategic Projects who loves turning big, ambiguous challenges into focused, successful outcomes. You’ll be the go-to leader for some of our most important cross-functional initiatives—partnering with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make the right decisions and deliver on them.
You won’t just manage timelines—you’ll own the problem-solving process. That means helping define the “what” and “why,” not just the “how,” and making sure we’re always moving toward outcomes that matter. You’ll be expected to ramp up quickly in a complex, fast-moving environment and hit the ground running—learning our products, processes, and people fast enough to start making an impact from day one.What You’ll Do
Lead High-Impact Initiatives
- Drive strategic programs from idea to launch, translating big-picture goals into clear action plans.
- Manage multiple initiatives at once, balancing priorities and keeping execution on track.
Solve Real Business Problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose challenges, explore solutions, and make smart, data-driven recommendations.
- Bring structure to ambiguity—turning complex problems into clear, actionable next steps.
Keep Everyone Aligned
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment through stand-ups, milestone check-ins, and crisp executive updates.
- Be the single point of truth for program status, risks, and decisions.
Make Us Better, Every Time
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and refine how we deliver.
- Identify opportunities to improve how we run programs, from process tweaks to tooling upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in program or project management, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B/B2C tech.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from insight to action.
- Able to ramp up fast in a complex environment and start delivering results quickly.
- Comfortable with Agile and hybrid delivery methods.
- Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Excellent communicator who can inspire trust and rally people around a goal.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
