Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure a safe and pest-free environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Utilize various tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery, to apply pest control treatments safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up recommendations.
Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in pest management.
Experience
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
Sales experience is a plus as you will be interacting with clients and may need to promote additional services.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing time efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $45,000.00-$69,824.56 per year
