Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering Experience with engineering software tools, including Pro Engineer or CREO CAD or tool sets, such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, and ANSYS Experience in performing engineering analysis on systems and components Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications Experience with design using composite materials Ability to fabricate and assemble system and subsystem components, using various machines or tools Ability to work in a complex team environment Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Secret clearance Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
