Job Description

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality pretzel bread products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators All Shifts Food Production Environment

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: Starting $18 plus depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Assist the Production Supervisor/Lead with managing workflows and appropriate staffing levels.
• Operate multiple production lines from set-up to shut down and sanitation.
• Ensure efficiency and maximize run capacity and speed while maintaining product specifications.
• Physically move, push, lift, pack, stack, and handle products, baking materials, and equipment.
• Observe the flow of the production line and identify where help is needed, stepping into any position to provide support.

What's Needed?

• Two (2) plus years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 100% of the time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of critical thinking skills that allows for diagnosing equipment issues.
