Position Responsibilities
Manage our Pennsylvania facility’s desktop support team, assigning work, setting priorities and deadlines for tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and Corporate IT, overseeing local technology projects and collaborating on enterprise initiatives.
Coordinate the replenishment, distribution and maintenance of desktop equipment, printers and IT devices.
Work with IT teams to develop business requirements, process documents, training materials, strategy, systems and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years IT Leadership / Management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows technology and related hardware.
Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
