HVAC Service Manager

Position Overview
The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the service operations for our HVAC department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to commercial and institutional clients. This role is responsible for managing the service team, coordinating field operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while also driving team development and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the HVAC service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate and prioritize service calls and technician assignments across the designated territory.
• Recruit, hire, and train new technicians, fostering their development and career growth.
• Mentor and support field technicians to improve skills and performance levels.
• Manage relationships with clients, addressing any service-related issues and ensuring client needs are met.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to ensure that service parts and equipment are available and meet quality standards.
  
   

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service operation, including commercial and institutional applications.
• Demonstrated experience in territory management and field operations coordination.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and OEM products.
