Coordinate and manage freight shipments: Oversee the entire shipping process from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with shippers and carriers to facilitate efficient freight movement.
Negotiate rates: Negotiate competitive pricing with carriers while ensuring profitability for the company.
Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FDA regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Proven experience in logistics sales and transportation sales.
