We’re looking for a dedicated, student-centered ESL Teacher in the Greenfield, MA area to join a collaborative team in a vibrant public school setting. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lesson plans addressing the diverse needs of ESL students, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening

• Provide instruction in English language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversation

• Use differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate students at varying proficiency levels and learning styles

• Collaborate with subject-area teachers to support ESL students’ understanding of content across subjects

• Offer additional academic support to students struggling with language or specific subject content

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and strategies to support learning at home

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field

• ESL endorsement on teaching license

• Highly proficient in English, including grammar, writing, reading, listening, and speaking

• Bilingualism or multilingualism is an asset but not required
