ProSidian Seeks an Entry Level Administrative Assistant for Program Support on a 1099 Contract, located CONUS - Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic Region, supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Entry Level Administrative Assistant candidates with basic administrative experience and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software to support professional services engagements for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Administrative Assistant role; ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time W-2 position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Handle data entry and document formatting.
• Support meeting preparation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Education / Experience: High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Skills: Basic organizational skills, accuracy, basic computer literacy; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; reliability and willingness to learn.
