We’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist for our client who is a Global Biopharmaceutical Company that discovers, develops, and commercializes innovative medicines and solutions for serious health issues.

You’ll join the client's Social Media Marketing Team to manage their Social Media Accounts, create and distribute content, analyze website analytics.

• This is a 12 months + opportunity.
• The role is located in Irvine, CA and is hybrid onsite
• Hourly Pay: $40hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of Social Media Accounts, create and distribute social content, analyze website analytics, and assist with Email Campaigns and other Online Marketing efforts.
• Prepare and submit materials for Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Reviews using Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, PR, Digital, and Brand Marketing to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
• Track and monitor budgets, promotions, and marketing deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree is required.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a growing level of responsibility.
• Experience with social media is required.
• Strong written and visual content creation skills (copywriting, graphics, video).
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience with workflow and review tools, such as Veeva Vault or similar systems.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical device products, beauty) is a plus.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media are a plus.
