ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven customer service and computer skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Texas General Lines Agent Licenses Property & Casualty strongly preferred.
- Interview process requires completion of a skills assessment, background check, and drug screen.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage client files and relationships using our proven systems.
- Support agent productivity by handling all service focused tasks.
- Assist clients with insurance account service needs.
- Work with Agent to reach office goals.
- Follow our service excellence protocols.
Compensation: $3,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month

About Our Agency - Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in League City.
- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
