Join our team as a Class A Truck Driver! We welcome experienced drivers and recent graduates from accredited driving schools. Begin your journey with us by pairing with a trainer for OTR routes using 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training, you’ll transition to running the Eastern Seaboard Regional.

Position Details:

• Route: Eastern Seaboard Regional
• Freight: 100% No Touch Dry Van
• Training:
  • New drivers: Complete a 4-6 week OTR training with a trainer.
  • Experienced drivers: 6 months or more can skip training.
• Home Time: Bi-weekly
• Orientation: Held at the nearest hub location based on driver residence.
• Schedule: Must be available to drive both day and night.
• Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,500

Compensation & Benefits:

• Trainee Pay: $650/week during training period (4-6 weeks)
• Mileage Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile based on experience
• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,400
• Additional Pay: $15 per stop
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL License.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training.
• Must have held a driver's license for at least the last 12 months without major violations.
• Clean driving record: No at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years.
• No prior terminations from previous employment.
• No DUIs in the last 5 years, or more than two DUIs in a lifetime (if the offense occurred before obtaining a Class A License).
• All criminal records will be reviewed by our safety team.
• Ability to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.
• Employment gaps: Must have no large gaps in employment; a maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years.
