Responsibilities

• Safely operate and train with a 20,000LB Marine forklift in a busy Marina environment.
• Lead and manage employees in the implementation of short and long term business plans.
• Ensure that Marina Operations meet defined performance objectives.
• Maintain a current knowledge of property and support equipment's physical condition and maintenance required.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee and assist property expansion and improvement programs.
• Assure that the property is maintaining a safe and secure operation for customers as well as employees.

Experience & skills youll need

• 5+ years of experience in Marina operations.
• Ability to operate and train on Marina equipment and boat handling.
• Ability to analyze operations and recommend changes to improve property performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
• Valid drivers license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
