We are seeking candidates with expertise in Change Management on client at a consulting firm. We're open to candidates who have done a variety of change management projects, large and small. We are industry agnostic.

Candidate who have worked on projects growing skills in the following are ideal candidates:

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Training and L&D
• Cultural and behavioral change
• Employee Engagement
• Prosci familiarity
• Communications

You would be leveraging your expertise across these kinds of projects:

• CRM: SAP S/4HANA/Oracle/Oracle Fusion/Salesforce/Zuora/Workday
• Lead to Cash tech: Stripe, billing platforms
• Healthcare Tech: Electronic Health Records, RLCM, or other payment technologies
• Business analysis in an Agile SDLC environment
• Sustainability
• and more!

Furthermore, we require candidates to have:

4-6 years of experience in consulting at a consulting firm with a focus on client-facing roles.

Attributes that would be nice to have;

• Managing internal processes
• Leading projects
• Contributing to internal projects
• Assisting in business development and proposals
• Coaching others

This is for a role on a client and we are looking for an immediate start. This role would be onsite in Boston an average of 3 days a week.
