What We’re Looking For

• Organizational skills to keep everything in order.
• Attention to detail so every product meets our high-quality standards.
• A positive mindset and readiness to learn.
• The physical ability to handle up to 50 lbs and engage in dynamic activities like kneeling and bending.

Optional But Valued

• Experience with wood finishing and industry-standard tools.
• Comfortable with using digital tools, especially Google Sheets.
