Excellent opportunity to join an industry leading Live Event Production Company, operating on a Global scale. With an exciting new programme of work, there is openings within Wayfinding to support delivery for major sporting events ahead.
Responsibilities:
- As Senior Wayfinding Project Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of Wayfinding across multiple venues for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the US.
- You will motivate and direct a team of Wayfinding Managers and oversee Installation and Venue Managers during critical build periods.
- You will safeguard schedule, budget, quality, and risk while driving seamless guest navigation experiences inside the Field of Play and surrounding areas.
Experience:
- Significant experience (4+ years ideally) in project management for large-scale sports or live-events (Can be Music/Concerts, Corporate etc.)
- Strong experience with leading Wayfinding / Signage for multiple events.
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven people leadership, including delegation, motivation, and performance management
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Experience with Quest or similar asset-tracking tools
