Duties
- Operate and maintain sewing machines, machining tools, and other production equipment.
- Fabricate components as per specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse setting, including packaging finished goods for shipment.
- Utilize forklift equipment for moving materials safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warp Knitting Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Karl Mayer Equipment experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Familiarity with screen printing processes is a plus.
- Experience in quality inspection techniques to ensure product integrity.
- Ability to handle materials safely, including lifting and moving items as required.
- Proficient in operating forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
