We are currently seeking Material Handlers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving inventory and loading/unloading trucks. You may also be order picking and packing.

Forklift Operators are one of the most important positions for serving our customers' needs. You’ll be key to driving our success!

You Will

• Properly operate Lift Trucks -Stock/Cherry Pickers.
• Complete Order Picker checklist and ensure pallet is on forks before lifting.
• Ensure battery level is not below 25%.
• Ensure the safety harness is in good condition as well as the lanyard.
• Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
• Put away items. Documenting their locations with Accuracy.
• Practice Safe material handling.
• Count pieces put away and compare with the scanner.
• Ensure the items put away match with current stock.
• Make sure that each item has a label.
• Ensuring cleanliness of work area at the end of the day.
• Meet the expectation quota.
• Help other departments if needed.

You Must Have

• Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Flexible attitude.
• Self-motivation and a determination to succeed.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Detail management.
• Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
• A clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to work extended hours (Overtime) when needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Occasionally: activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8 hour shift = less than 3 hours total time)

Frequently: activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-hour shift = 3-5 hours total time)

Constantly: activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-hour shift = 5-8 hours total time)
