Title: Social Media Marketing and Sales Internship

Position Type: 5-10 hours week

Pay Range: This is a Volunteer internship position

Schedule: Monday – Friday (as needed)

Location: Boulder, Colorado (Remote)

Reports to: Community Relations Director

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern for approximately 5-10 hours a week to join our Community Relations department reporting directly to the Director. We need your fresh creative ideas and input to help achieve our marketing goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to provide support and bring creative ideas to support our business needs while you earn your school’s requirements for your education.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Community Relations Director to support all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels while gaining a broader experience in marketing.

Qualifications:

• The ideal intern candidate must have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and develop new social media skills.
• We’re looking to hire this internship to support your educational requirements during this upcoming year. The perfect candidate will be looking for an opportunity more than just a semester internship.
• Having a passion for learning new techniques and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on department needs.
• Experience with for Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse treatment environment a plus.
• Detail-oriented personality, as well as excellent organizational skills
• 0 – 1 years digital experience

Responsibilities:

• Learn the ins and outs of all social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and more.Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, and email campaigns)
• Create brand specific content and marketing materials utilizing Canva
• Support the Community Relations Department in daily administrative tasks as needed
• Help support marketing events as needed
