About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Shared Services Center, with a focus on establishing, leading, and optimizing shared services operations in finance and human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing and enhancing operational efficiency in accounting and HR processes, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring strong internal controls and cost optimization. This role involves managing a BPO for transactional finance processes, overseeing recruitment and benefits administration, and developing service level agreements with key stakeholders. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding SLAs, and leading a team of finance and HR professionals to meet performance goals. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company's Shared Services Center should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree and professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in public and/or corporate accounting, with at least 3 years in hospitality property-level finance, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-functional shared services operations, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, as well as strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP finance and accounting systems. Leadership abilities, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a customer service-oriented approach are essential for this role.
