About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Public Relations and Corporate Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote the company's efforts in environmental stewardship, sustainability, and employment. This role involves close coordination with various business units to highlight the benefits of the company's core technologies and its contributions to mitigating climate change. Key activities include managing corporate communications, developing official messaging, and providing coaching for media inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a focus on ensuring positive messaging and discussions about the company's business. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years' formal communications or public relations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B environment. Experience in the HVAC or energy sector is advantageous. The role requires high-level written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage personnel across various teams, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be adept at strategic thinking, problem-solving, and have a strong business acumen. Additionally, the role demands a leader who can inspire and motivate a team, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
