About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years' formal communications or public relations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B environment. Experience in the HVAC or energy sector is advantageous. The role requires high-level written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage personnel across various teams, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be adept at strategic thinking, problem-solving, and have a strong business acumen. Additionally, the role demands a leader who can inspire and motivate a team, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
