About the Role
The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join their Industrials team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, conducting in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence, and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions. This role involves working closely with senior investment bankers to ensure the prompt and effective execution of transactions, as well as assisting in the day-to-day deal and project execution. The Vice President will also be expected to analyze market trends and conduct market research. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, with a focus on industrials or business services. Strong financial modeling experience is essential. The role is based in Richmond, VA, and candidates should either be based in the area or be willing to relocate.
