Hours: 8a - 8p
Procedures: Standard Urgent Care Census: 35+
Type of facility: Clinic
Back-up: Physician
EMR: Athena
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation, Active MA license
Travel and Housing: Open for Travel & Housing
Privileges: 90 days
