DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Baltimore, MD. Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values exceptional customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees.

Pay:

·       $18.50/hour

Available Schedules:

• All shifts available

Job Responsibilities 

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. 
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. 
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. 
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.

This position requires a customer service-oriented approach and basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.

Pre-employment requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. 
• You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
• Must have a TWIC Certification.
