Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Chicago, Illinois.
Position Title: Staff Pharmacist .

When will you need someone to start: ASAP
Duration of assignment: 3 months
Hours Needed: 2p or 3p start for 8-hour shifts
Days Needed/weekend requirement:Every other weekend
Is Call required? If so, what is the expectation? No
Certifications needed: PharmD or RPh
Experience required: Peds preferred but definitely inpatient hospital experience at a larger medical center (not just a community hospital)
Equipment Used: Pyxis
Computer/EMR: Epic
Duties/Responsibilities/expectations: Assist with checking medication doses and answering phone calls
Working Alone? How many in the department? . 2 other pharmacists work evenings and 6 technicians
Anything additional about the unit/candidate that would be helpful to the recruiters: Will be working in Main pharmacy to assist other pharmacists with checking medications
Orientation schedule/duration: 1 week
Dress Code: casual
Bill Rate: $115/hr (minus fees)
