No time off will be approved during this period. - The first four days of orientation are remote, followed by in-person attendance on Friday. - Remote orientation must be attended on a laptop, not a smartphone or iPad. - Online testing must be completed within 24-48 hours of receipt; tests include Safe Medication Administration and Competency/Unit Specific assessments. - No locals; travelers cannot live within 50 miles of their assigned hospital. The address on the traveler's driver's license cannot be within 50 miles of the facility. - The drivers' license must match the state of a registered nurse's compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted. - Modules are billable and required, with a maximum of 24 hours, and are completed during orientation, varying by specialty.
