• Location: Le Mars, IA 51031 (Iowa nursing jobs)\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: October 21, 2025\n
• End Date: January 20, 2026\n
• Healthcare Setting: Critical Access Hospital\n
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour overnight shifts (nights), every third weekend, and holiday coverage as scheduled\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800\n
• Employment Type: Travel RN\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Ability to float between Med-Surg and Emergency Department units\n
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in Med-Surg, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Mother/Baby, Adult, and Emergency Department units\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team\n
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and clinical status\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management\n
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled\n
