• Location: Le Mars, IA 51031 (Northwest Iowa healthcare jobs)\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Oct 27, 2025 – Jan 26, 2026)\n
• Healthcare Setting: Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department & Med-Surg\n
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680-$1800\n
• Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Iowa or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays\n
• Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and critical thinking skills\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department settings\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed\n
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge instructions, and ongoing care\n
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff\n
