\n**Approved Orientation dates: 10/20,11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/15 every other week with Monday AM start\n•\tScope of role: CVIC stepdown and general telemetry patients\n•\tRatio: 4:1 on stepdown\n•\tNumber of beds in unit: 42 total 22 ICU and 20 Step Down\n•\tDept scrub color: Navy\n\n

About the Facility
This 396-bed tertiary care facility, features Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers and an accredited cancer care program. In addition, this facility has achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices and was the first hospital in northern Indiana to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement.\n
