Certified Nursing Assistant
Berlin VT
Assignment for 16-32 weeks
Shift - 12H Day 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

CNA for Woodbridge Rehab. & Nursing: Every other weekend. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:
• Floating required
• BLS through AHA required
• A minimum of 2 years' experience required
• Prior travel required
• LTC experience required
• Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed
• All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population

Additional Information:
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 9/15
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

• Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
• A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours. It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours
• Travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins
