Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient **Training Specialist** to join our clients team in Saint Louis, MO. If you are a highly motivated individual with strong data entry skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines, we encourage you to apply. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$** **38.24** ) over a 2-month contract period.
**Work Schedule:** Monday Friday 8am- 5pm
**Primary Responsibilities:**
** Assists with building Education & Training SharePoint site**
** Creates training material such as participant guides, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, in support of best practices and workflows**
** Assists with building Poka Skills and Work Instructions**
** Creating Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides for Poka training**
** Moving files from Teams to a new SharePoint site**
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in training and development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in developing training materials
Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Microsoft Office 365
Poka
**Pay Details:** $38.24 per hour
