Job Description

• Designs, develops and delivers training and qualification materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), ensuring training materials adhere to all applicable rules, regulations and licenses.
• Creates training material in multiple delivery methods (e.g., classroom, Web-based and computer-based).
• Assists in the identification of evaluation methods and tools for measuring results.
• Reviews documentation such as procedures/regulatory changes, lessons learned, corrective actions, operating experience and training feedback to determine impacts to training program materials.
• Works with applicable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during the development of training materials to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintains knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure competence commensurate with assigned responsibilities.
• Use various feedback methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training (e.g., feedback questionnaires, field observations).
• Performs periodic review of training program material to ensure technical accuracy.
• Modifies training materials to meet the needs of a particular audience/individual and provides "expert" advice to employees on a particular topic.
• Demonstrated SME on applicable training topics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
