We are in search of a Marketing Tradeshow Manager to join our team in CLEVELAND, Ohio. In this role, you will be pivotal in the planning, organization, and execution of tradeshows, liaising with various teams to ensure smooth operation. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute various tradeshows throughout the year, ensuring that all elements are planned and executed effectively.

• Coordinate with sales and product teams to gather necessary materials for tradeshows.

• Conduct research into potential future tradeshows to ensure our presence at relevant industry events.

• Maintain communication with different departments to understand their needs for each tradeshow.

• Handle the ordering of services and packing of materials for each tradeshow.

• Utilize CRM systems to maintain and manage customer records- salesforce knowledge.

• Lift and handle materials up to 30lbs in weight for tradeshow set up.

• Develop and present power point presentations to communicate information related to tradeshows.

• Manage multiple shows simultaneously, ensuring that all details are taken care of for each event.

• Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the role, from planning to execution.

Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required- Salesforce and SharePoint.

• Demonstrable experience in enhancing brand awareness

• Must be well-versed with budget processes in marketing

• Strong campaign planning skills are necessary

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Prior experience in managing tradeshows is required
