Salary: $20.40 / Hr

Job Title: Test Driver

Shift: Monday to Friday, rotating between A & B shifts for fairness.

Must be flexible to switching between A & B shifts.
- A Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- B Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Salary: Base Pay - $20.40 / Hr

Out-of-state Travel Pay:
- Additional $5.00 per hour for shift hours.
- Daily Per Diem: Approximately $90.00 per day.
- Company-paid hotels for overnight trips.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Acura MDX vehicles on designated routes, driving 250-300 miles per day.
Navigate both rural and major city roads, including freeways (30%) and two-lane roads (70%).
Conduct normal driving; testing the limits of the car is not required.
Accurately document and collect data while monitoring testing equipment.
Work as part of a two-person team (one driver and one navigator/data collector).
Follow established schedules and routes loaded onto GPS.
Start all driving shifts at the East Liberty Plant unless on an overnight trip.

Qualifications:

Clean driving record.
Willingness to occasionally travel out of state on overnight trips, experiencing various driving conditions and locations.
Ability to drive for 6 ½ to 7 ½ hours per day, 5-days per week.
Good work history and reliability.
Mechanically inclined
Forward thinking and able to make decisions.
