Territory Sales - $20/hr + commission

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will focus on targeting and closing sales within a defined geographic territory, refining sales approaches, and contributing to our team’s overall sales growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls within a designated territory to generate new business
• Continuously refine sales strategies and pitches based on territory needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement territory-specific sales tactics
• Meet and exceed sales targets within your territory
• Use Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Provide creative ideas and feedback to optimize sales performance and strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Experience with high-volume calling and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
