A Day in the Life
In our Nashville office, attorneys practice in the areas of business, real estate, technology, corporate, healthcare, and securities, among others. The strategic move to Nashville was in response to client requests for a local presence. As a healthcare hub, a state capital, and a key Southern business crossroads, Nashville was a logical extension of the Firm’s footprint.

The country music capital offers visitors a wealth of nightlife options, but by day the city is a hub of business and entrepreneurial activity as well as real estate development. Nashville attorneys are leaders in the growth and expansion of the city and its surrounding areas. They also sponsor and participate in entrepreneurial events that allow tech companies to engage investors in meaningful, substantive discussions about their businesses.

Job Details

You have between three and five years of meaningful experience in data privacy in a law firm, in-house or consulting firm setting. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically and have strong transactional skills. Experience with state comprehensive privacy laws, children’s privacy laws and GDPR is preferred. You are admitted and in good standing to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and/or South Carolina. If admitted and in good standing in NY, DC or CA, you must be willing to relocate.
